This edition is dedicated to women and their leading role in the world of Costa Rican coffee.
Our special guests and barista champions, Ana Lorena Cerdas, Auxiliadora Bonilla, Auren Chacón, María Elena Rivera, will have a conversation about the challenges, achievements and experience of becoming barista champions and how this paved the way for them to achieve everything they have been proposed.
Tapado Vargas, in addition to delighting us with his music, will tell us about his experience working with Alanis Morrisette on a song specially created for a documentary "A small section of the world" that tells the story of the first Women's Association that exported its coffee to Europe. From a place called Biolley in Buenos Aires de Puntarenas.
We will have a special tasting menu designed by Franco with ingredients from local producers and a coffee tasting from the selected microlots.
Fair of local brands, we will have coffees, honeys and chocolates produced by women.
