Our tourist experience is a trip to the fascinating world of specialty coffee 5 minutes from Heredia, where we offer a set of services that personalize the experience. We are characterized by authenticity since we are the members of the family and the farm's work team who serve visitors. We offer: accommodation, coffee tour, tastings and cocktail class

We have a coffee tour that is taught by an expert taster/roaster in specialty coffees. It includes the introduction to coffee in Costa Rica, the history of the founder, learning about the different varieties and the microlots we have, walking through the coffee plantations, understanding the coffee processing process, the use of the African beds and the greenhouse, until get to the classification and storage of green coffee. Finally, we will talk about the roasting process and the different methods of preparing coffee that currently exist. At the end you enjoy a delicious cup of specialty coffee, export quality.

We have accommodation for 4 people in the farm house, where they will live an authentic experience learning from the day-to-day life of a working coffee farm. You can find us on Instagram or Facebook as Casa Burío and also on Airbnb.
