We offer specialty coffees (that meet a minimum score of 85pts in the SCA cupping protocol), from the different coffee-growing regions of Costa Rica. In addition, we have different options for coffee varieties (from traditional to new hybrids or genetic materials on the market) and you can also find different beneficiation processes in our editions, from a wash, honey, natural or an anaerobic process. , this in order to have a wide range of flavors in our coffee portfolio.

Our way of marketing coffees is through different editions, which means that not all coffees will be available throughout the year, but it is for a limited quantity. We normally have 3 editions available at the moment and when they are finished we replace them with new coffees. The purpose of the limited editions is to be able to have a portfolio of different producers and coffees throughout the year.
